Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Cash handling experience is an asset
